You may use Par for the Crew only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

Par for the Crew is a recreational golf application designed to help golfers organize rounds, track scores, play social golf formats, manage multiplayer rounds, view statistics, record achievements, and use related golf tools.

Features may change over time and some features may later be limited to paid plans.

Par for the Crew is intended for recreational and informational purposes.

It is not an official tournament-scoring authority, handicap authority, golf rules official, golf-course operator, or governing body.

Social golf formats often have local variations. The version implemented in the App may differ from the rules normally used by your group.

You are responsible for agreeing on the rules of the game before play begins.

Par for the Crew may allow users to enter handicaps and may offer an in-app calculated handicap based on eligible rounds.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is a recreational calculation and is not an official Handicap Index issued by an authorized handicapping body.

Course data can change or contain errors. Users should confirm important information using the course's official scorecard or other authoritative course information.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into the App.

If you enter information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information.

Shared rounds may use a host-authoritative model. The host may control certain round settings, scoring corrections, progress, or administrative actions.

Guests may be restricted to controls associated with their own golfer or the permissions provided by the selected game mode.

Shared rounds may use join codes. You are responsible for deciding who receives a join code.

Multiplayer currently uses anonymous authentication rather than requiring a traditional email-and-password account.

Melcora Labs may introduce permanent accounts in the future.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Par for the Crew Privacy Policy.

Beta, preview, or pre-release versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, temporary interfaces, and behavior that changes before public release.

Melcora Labs may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features in the future.

Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store's terms and billing rules.

• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• attempt unauthorized access to another user, shared round, device, or data;
• interfere with or damage the App, APIs, backend, or related infrastructure;
• circumvent permissions, purchase systems, access controls, or security measures;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• upload malicious software or harmful content;
• impersonate another person; or
• use the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Par for the Crew, Melcora Labs, software, interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, text, documentation, and other original materials are owned by Melcora Labs LLC or its licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback, you give Melcora Labs permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Par for the Crew relies on third-party services for functions such as infrastructure, authentication, course data, distribution, and purchases.

Melcora Labs may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict all or part of Par for the Crew at any time.

You may stop using Par for the Crew at any time.

Melcora Labs may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Par for the Crew is provided "as is" and "as available."

Melcora Labs does not warrant that the App will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or course configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melcora Labs and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

This includes losses relating to scoring disputes, tournament outcomes, wager outcomes, data loss, or inability to use the App.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Melcora Labs from claims arising from misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Melcora Labs may update these Terms as Par for the Crew, applicable law, or platform requirements change.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, form the agreement governing Par for the Crew.
