What happens to data?

Different data lives in different places.

Local

On your device

Saved golfers, round history, achievements, preferences, favorites, and other app information may remain locally until cleared or removed.

Multiplayer

Shared rounds

Completed or canceled shared-round data is normally scheduled for automatic backend deletion after approximately 30 days.

Identity

Anonymous authentication

A multiplayer identity can exist separately from individual rounds until it is deleted through the applicable identity-deletion flow.

!

Shared-Round Protection

Hosts need to finish or cancel unfinished shared rounds first.

The identity-deletion system is designed to block deletion while the user is hosting an unfinished shared round. This prevents the host's deletion from unexpectedly destroying an active round for other participants.

Important

Uninstalling and deletingare not always the same thing.

Removing Par for the Crew from your device may remove local app information.

Uninstalling by itself does not necessarily delete an anonymous multiplayer identity that already exists on the backend.
